After launching Stehl Metal Works in Arizona, Paul committed the corporation to strict raw materials testing and direct CAD modeling integration, allowing seamless field drop-in times for all high-rise projects.
He coordinates on AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) steel rules councils, provides active leadership to national building fabrication committees, and actively funds trade apprenticeships with vocational welding academies.
